Exchange & Return Policy – ArmaLuxe
At ArmaLuxe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange and return options under the following conditions:
1. Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags and accessories.
2. Exchanges
You may exchange your product for a different model or size, subject to availability.
Any price difference between the original and new product will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Return Procedure

We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
Once the product is received and inspected, your exchange or return request will be processed.
4. Refunds
For returns without exchange, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Shoes that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.
Products sold as part of special promotions or discounts may be subject to different terms.
